摘要 通过对酸性表面活性剂进行定性和定量分析,确定酸性钢铁除油剂的最佳配方,即柠檬酸含量(pH)为1.61时,月桂基聚氧乙烯醚和烷基甜菜碱的含量分别为2.0148%和24.46125%.通过测试酸性钢铁除油剂的性能,发现除油效果比原表面活性剂稍差,而且高温可提高除油效率.该研究可以为除油剂的相关研究提供参考. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of acid surfactants,the best combination of acid iron and steel oil remover was determined.When the citric acid content(pH)was 1.61,the contents of lauryl polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl betaine were 2.0148%and 24.46125%respectively.Through testing the properties of acid iron and steel oil removing agent,it is found that the oil removing effect is slightly worse than the original surfactant,and high temperature can improve the efficiency of oil removal.This study can provide reference for the related research of oil remover.
