分层次培养大学生工程能力的探索与实践

摘要 在分析国内外高校对大学生工程能力培养的基础上,根据“逐渐形成、综合应用、螺旋提升”的能力形成规律,按照“全面提升、重点突破,局部拔高”的原则,提出了地方应用型本科院校大学生工程能力的分层次培养方案.通过相应层次的工程训练,使文科学生具有初步的工程能力,理工科的学生具有工程技能,工科机电类学生具有解决复杂工程问题的能力,部分学生具有创新实践和创新应用能力.实践证明,不同学科学生的实践能力都有提升,绝大部分学生都能掌握工程技能,具备工程意识,部分学生能够脱颖而出. On the basis of analyzing the cultivation of engineering ability of college students at home and abroad,according to the ability formation rule of“gradual formation,comprehensive application,and spiral improvement”,and in accordance with the principle of“comprehensive improvement,key breakthrough,and partial improvement”,a local application-oriented undergraduate program:hierarchical training program of engineering ability of college students is proposed.Through the corresponding level of engineering training,students of liberal arts have preliminary engineering ability,students of science and engineering have engineering skills,students of mechanical and electrical engineering have the ability to solve complex engineering problems,and some students have innovative practice and innovative application ability.Practice has proved that the practical ability of different students has been improved,most students can master engineering skills and have engineering awareness,and some students can stand out.
