凉血解毒汤联合连蓉膏封包治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction Orally Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine Packet of Lianrong Ointment for the Treatment of Blood-heat Type of Psoriasis Vulgaris

【目的】观察凉血解毒汤联合连蓉膏封包治疗寻常型银屑病血热证患者的临床疗效。【方法】将80例寻常型银屑病血热证患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。所有患者均给予口服凉血解毒汤治疗,在此基础上,观察组和对照组分别给予连蓉膏、卡泊三醇软膏封包治疗,疗程为8周。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、银屑病皮损面积和严重性指数(PASI)评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗8周后,观察组的总有效率为82.5%(33/40),对照组为60.0%(24/40),组间比较,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的PASI评分均较治疗前明显降低(Ρ<0.05),且观察组治疗后的PASI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的红斑、瘙痒、心烦、口干口渴等各项中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低(Ρ<0.05);组间比较,观察组治疗后的红斑、瘙痒评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05),而2组的心烦、口干口渴评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05)。(4)治疗期间,2组患者均无严重不良反应发生。【结论】凉血解毒汤联合连蓉膏封包治疗寻常型银屑病血热证疗效确切,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral use of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine packet of Lianrong Ointment for the treatment of patients with blood-heat type of psoriasis vulgaris(PV).Methods Eighty patients with blood-heat type of PV were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.All of the patients were given oral use of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction,and additionally,the observation group was given external application of Chinese medicine packet of Lianrong Ointment and the control group was given external application of Calcipotriol Ointment.The treatment for the two groups lasted for 8 weeks.The changes in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results(1)After8 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 82.5%(33/40)and that of the control group was 60.0%(24/40).The intergroup comparison showed that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ρ<0.05).(2)After treatment,the PASI scores of patients in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(Ρ<0.05),and the PASI scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(Ρ<0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of erythema,itching,vexation,dry mouth and thirst in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(Ρ<0.05).The intergroup comparison showed that the scores of erythema and itching in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(Ρ<0.05).However,the differences of the scores of vexation,dry mouth and thirst between the two groups were not statistically significant(Ρ>0.05).(4)During the treatment period,there were no serious adverse reactions occurring in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of oral use of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction and external application of Chinese medicine packet of Lianrong Ointment exerts certain effect in treating patients with blood-heat type of PV with high safety.
