不同贮藏年份霍山石斛枫斗质量分析

Quality Analysis of Dendrobium huoshanense Fengdou after Different Years of Storage

【目的】评价不同贮藏年份霍山石斛枫斗的质量情况。【方法】根据2020年版《中国药典》霍山石斛项进行高效液相色谱(HPLC)特征图谱分析,同时测定2个主要黄酮成分的含量;根据课题组前期建立的D-甘露糖与D-葡萄糖的HPLC柱前衍生方法测定霍山石斛枫斗的D-甘露糖与D-葡萄糖含量。【结果】12批不同贮藏年份(0、2、4、6年)霍山石斛枫斗样品标示出12个特征峰,相似度为0.971~0.997,相似度较高;12批不同贮藏年份霍山石斛枫斗中夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷含量及两者之和分别为0.0158~0.0317 mg/g,0.0354~0.0665 mg/g,0.0513~0.0915 mg/g;D-甘露糖、D-葡萄糖含量以及两者的含量之和分别为11.82%~22.11%,10.89%~16.40%,23.87%~37.19%;D-甘露糖、D-葡萄糖峰面积之比为0.89~2.07。【结论】霍山石斛枫斗在6年贮藏期内,主要黄酮和多糖成分均较一致,质量较好。

Objective To evaluate the quality of Dendrobium huoshanense C.Z.Tang et S.J.Cheng(D.huoshanense)after different years of storage.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis was carried out according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition)of D.huoshanense,and the contents of the two major flavonoid components were determined simultaneously;the contents of D-mannose and D-glucose from D.huoshanense Fengdou were determined according to the HPLC precolumn derivatization method of D-mannose and D-glucose pre-established by the research group.Results Twelve batches of D.huoshanense Fengdou samples after different years of storage(0,2,4 and 6 years)were labeled with12 characteristic peaks with similarity of 0.971-0.997,which was a high degree of similarity;the contents of xavertaoside and isoxavertaoside and the sum of both in 12 batches of D.huoshanense Fengdou after different years of storage were 0.0158-0.0317 mg/g,0.0354-0.0665 mg/g,0.0513-0.0915 mg/g,respectively;the contents of D-mannose,D-glucose and the sum of the two were 11.82%-22.11%,10.89%-16.40%and 23.87%-37.19%,respectively;the ratio of the peak areas of D-mannose and D-glucose was 0.89-2.07.Conclusion The main flavonoid and polysaccharide components of D.huoshanense Fengdou were more consistent and of better quality during the 6-year storage period.
