基于伏气温病理论辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎相关神经系统后遗症

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Associated Neurological Sequelae Based on the Theory of Latent Epidemic Febrile Disease

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,简称新冠肺炎)患者在慢性恢复期可遗留神经系统后遗症,影响其健康和生活质量。温病学的伏气理论能较好地解释其神经系统后遗症的病机。在伏气温病理论指导下辨证论治COVID-19相关神经系统后遗症,契合COVID-19的临床特点,并可反映疾病发生发展的动态变化过程;中药治疗以“清透”为原则,选方以青蒿鳖甲汤为主方进行加减。

Patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)could suffer from neurological sequelae during the chronic recovery period, which affects their health and quality of life. The pathogenesis of neurological sequelae of COVID-19 can be well explained by the theory of latent epidemic febrile disease. Under the guidance of theory of latent epidemic febrile disease, the differentiation and treatment of COVID-19 associated neurological sequelae accord with the clinical characteristics of COVID-19 and reflects the dynamic changes in the progression of disease. The Chinese medicine treatment for COVID-19 associated neurological sequelae is based on the principle of “clearing and expelling”,and the modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction is selected as the basic prescription.
