针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病之一。针灸疗法具有简便廉效验的特点,临床采用针灸疗法治疗本病应用广泛,效果肯定。随着时代的不断发展,针灸对本病的治疗也有了突飞猛进的发展,本文从寒湿、瘀血、湿热、肾虚证型四方面对各种针灸疗法进行归纳总结,将近年来针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的文献进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common clinical diseases.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with the characteristics of simple,inexpensive and effective,has been widely used in clinical practice to treat LDH with definite therapeutic effect.With the development of the times,the treatment of LDH by acupuncture and moxibustion has also developed by leaps and bounds.This paper summarizes various acupuncture therapies from the four aspects of cold-damp,blood stasis,damp-heat and kidney deficiency,and reviews the literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion for LDH in recent years,with a view to providing new ideas for clinical treatment.
