微种植钉在上颌唇侧易位阻生尖牙导萌中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨微种植钉在上颌唇侧易位阻生尖牙导萌中的应用。方法:选择上颌唇侧易位阻生尖牙患者15例(女8例,男7例),均为单侧阻生,共15颗。年龄10.0~20.5岁。实施外科开窗术粘接正畸附件并植入微种植钉,行闭合式正畸牵引导萌。结果:15颗上颌易位阻生尖牙均顺利移动至牙弓内正常位置;尖牙与相邻侧切牙牙根均无吸收,具有良好的冠根方向和咬合关系。平均历时24个月。结论:利用微种植钉可以有效保证支抗,将易位的上颌阻生尖牙远中移动至正常位置;这一过程中选择微种植钉的植入位置以及调整牵引力点从钉的出发位置尤为重要。 Aim:To illustrate the important aid of microimplant nails for eruption of maxillary labial mesial transposed impacted canines.Methods:Fifteen patients(female 8,male 7)aged 10.0-20.5 years with maxillary labial mesial transposed impacted canines were included in this study.All the obstructed teeth were unilateral.Surgical fenestration,bonding orthodontic brackets were performed,microimplant nails were implanted,and closed orthodontic guidance was carried out.Results:The final outcome showed that the involved teeth were repositioned to their normal anatomic position without root resorption after average 24 months treatment.Conclusion:By using microimplant nails,anchorage could be effectively guaranteed and the transposed impacted maxillary canine can be moved to normal position.The key procedure is to select the implantation position of the microimplants and adjust the traction point from the nail.
