新型细纱牵伸器材的应用实践

摘要 为了提高纺纱质量,解决新疆棉马克隆值异常偏高、线密度偏大、纤维长度和强度都偏低等问题,简述新疆棉质量指标;详细介绍前区压力棒上销、加长上销和压力棒隔距块的工作原理、结构特点以及工艺调整;通过试验数据对比分析了三者在集聚纺纱不同品种的成纱质量。指出:使用新型牵伸器材可以改善成纱条干CV值,降低细节、粗节和棉结,同时对生产设备和操作管理要求更高;使用压力棒上销时隔距块比普通上销大2档,开车状态和指标相对稳定;在JWF1520型长车上使用加长上销需前移,夹下胶圈问题比较严重,在4806型细纱机短车上使用,开车状态基本正常;平面区域用水滴形压力棒隔距块,过桥齿轮处用压力棒上销,有利于设备调整,锭间差异较为稳定。 In order to improve spinning quality and solve the problems such as abnormally high micronaire value,high linear density,low fiber length and strength of Xinjiang cotton,the quality index of Xinjiang cotton is briefly described,the working principle,structural characteristics and process adjustment of the front zone pressure bar top cradle,the extended top cradle and the pressure bar spacer are introduced in detail.The yarn quality of the three kinds in compact spinning is compared and analyzed by experimental data.It is pointed out that the use of new drafting accessories can improve the yarn evenness CV value,and can reduce fine ends,slubs and neps,and requirements for production equipments and operation management are higher at the same time;the gauge for pressure bar top cradle is two gear larger than the gauge for ordinary top cradle,and the running state of spinning frame and yarn indicators are relatively stable;the extended top cradle needs to be moved forward using in the long spinning frame JWF1520,and the problem of clamping lower apron is serious,and the running state is basically normal using in short spinning frame 4806;the dropshaped pressure bar spacer is used in the plane area,and the pressure bar top cradle is used in bridge gear,which is conducive to equipment adjustment,and the difference among spindles is relatively stable.
