家庭药师对精神分裂症出院患者全程化用药管理效果研究

Study on the Effect of Family Pharmacists on the Whole-Course Medication Management of Discharged Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨家庭药师对精神分裂症出院患者全程化用药管理效果研究。方法:选取100例出院精神分裂症患者随机将患者分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组常规随访,观察组在此基础上进行家庭药师全程化用药管理干预。出院后6个月、12个月,评估两组服药依从率、复发率和再入院率。结果:出院6个月后,两组服药依从率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院12个月后,观察组服药依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);出院6个月后,两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院12个月后,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);出院6个月、12个月后,两组再入院率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:家庭药师有利于精神分裂症出院患者全程化用药管理,能提高患者服药依从性,降低复发风险。

Objective:To explore the effect of family pharmacists on the whole-process medication management of discharged patients with schizophrenia.Methods:100 discharged schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was followed up routinely,and the observation group was given whole-course medication management intervention by family pharmacists on this basis.At 6 and 12 months after discharge,the medication compliance rate,recurrence rate and readmission rate of the two groups were evaluated.Results:Six months after discharge,there was no significant difference in medication compliance rate between the two groups( P >0.05). 12 months after discharge,the medication compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P <0.05). 6 months after discharge,there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups( P >0.05). 12 months after discharge,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in readmission rate between the two groups 6 and 12 months after discharge ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Family pharmacists are beneficial to the whole-course medication management of discharged patients with schizophrenia,and can improve their medication compliance and reduce the risk of relapse.
