门诊子宫内膜异位症痛经患者服用少腹逐瘀汤中药颗粒与针灸配合治疗的效果分析

Effect of Chinese Medicine Granules and Acupuncture in Outpatient Patients with Endometriosis

目的:实验讨论门诊治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经患者时,应用少腹逐瘀汤联合针灸方案进行治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—12月在本院妇科门诊就诊的子宫内膜异位症痛经患者90例展开实验,随机分成对比组和分析组,每组均有患者45例,对比组实施少腹逐瘀汤疗法,分析组以此为基础,再实施针灸治疗,比较二组生活质量、疼痛评分、满意度评分、中医证候积分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:分析组的生活质量评分、疼痛程度评分、满意度评分、中医证候积分与对比组相比较优,差异显著(P值<0.05);分析组临床总疗效、不良反应总发生率与对比组相比较优,差异显著(P值<0.05)。结论:门诊治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经患者时,给予少腹逐瘀汤中药颗粒的同时,再配合针灸疗法,能够减轻疾病疼痛,病情获得显著改善,有益于促进生活质量,患者对此联合治疗方案的满意度较高。

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in outpatient treatment of dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea who were treated in the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into a control group and an analysis group,with 45 patients in each group.Zhuyu decoction therapy was used as the basis for the analysis group,and then acupuncture and moxibustion were performed to compare the quality of life,pain score,satisfaction score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The quality of life score,pain degree score,satisfaction score,and TCM syndrome score of the analysis group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The group was superior,the difference was significant(P value<0.05).Conclusion:In the outpatient treatment of dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Chinese medicine granules,combined with acupuncture therapy,can reduce the pain of the disease,improve the condition significantly,and improve the quality of life.Satisfaction with the treatment regimen was high.
