中药结合整脊手法治疗颈椎病对患者疼痛评分的影响研究

Influence of Chinese Medicine on Cervical Spondylosis on Pain Scores

目的:分析研究整脊手法与中药联合治疗对颈椎病患者疼痛评分产生的作用和影响。方法:本次研究选择时间选自2018年6月到2020年6月,共有180例颈椎病患者被纳为研究对象,通过采取单双号分组的方法将患者平均分为两组,每组患者均90例,名称分别为常规组和干预组,前组应用传统颈椎扳法治疗,后组应用中药结合整脊手法治疗,针对治疗效果做出分析。结果:干预组疼痛评分以及临床治疗总有效率均较常规组明显更优,P<0.05,统计学差异具有意义。结论:针对颈椎病患者实施中药结合整脊手法治疗能够对其产生良好的诊治效果,疼痛评分能够显著降低,生活质量更优,适合推广。

Objective:To analyze and study the effect of chiropractic and Chinese medicine on pain score in patients with cervical spondylosis.Method:the study selection time from June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 180 patients with cervical spondylosis was accepted as the research object,through the method of odd-even group patients are divided into two groups,each group of 90 cases,name for conventional group and intervention group,before group application of traditional cervical spine treatment,after group application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chiropractic treatment,for treatment effect.Results:The pain score and the overall response rate of clinical treatment were significantly better than the conventional group,with P<0.05.Statistical difference was significant.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chiropractic manipulation treatment for patients with cervical spondylosis can produce good diagnosis and treatment effect,significantly lower pain score,and better quality of life,which is suitable for promotion.
