摘要
6063合金铸锭在均匀化热处理后,表面出现气泡缺陷。通过对起泡铸锭试样宏观形貌、微观组织观察,以及DTA差热分析测试,分析产生气泡缺陷的原因。结果表明,6063合金铸锭在均匀化热处理后,表面出现气泡缺陷是由于铸锭内部氢含量较高,在均匀化过程中,氢原子受热在晶界聚集析出,形成空腔造成的。
After homogenization heat treatment, bubbles appeared on the surface of 6063 alloy ingot. The causes of bubble defects are analyzed by observing the macro morphology and microstructure of foamed ingot samples and DTA differential thermal analysis. The results show that the surface bubble for 6063 alloy ingot after homogenization heat treatment is due to the high hydrogen content in the ingot. During the homogenization process, hydrogen atoms accumulate and precipitate at the grain boundary to form a cavity.
