摘要
通过设计L9(3^(4))正交实验,研究了真空自耗熔炼的熔炼电流、单次熔炼时间、磁搅拌时间、熔炼次数等熔炼参数对Ti6Al4V-0.15B钛合金铸锭化学成分的影响。结果表明,C、Fe、Al元素受熔炼电流影响较大,随着熔炼电流的提高,熔池温度升高、熔体滞留时间延长,钛合金中高蒸气压元素Al的挥发损失增加,同时限制了C、Fe的损失而导致Al大幅降低,C、Fe大幅增高;Ti、B受工艺参数影响小;V元素受各工艺参数增加而降低。
In this paper, the effects of melting parameters such as melting current, single melting time, magnetic stirring time and melting times on chemical composition of Ti6Al4V-0.15B titanium alloy ingot are studied by designing L9(3^(4)) orthogonal experiment. The results show that C, Fe and Al elements are greatly affected by the melting current. With the increase of the melting current, the temperature of the melt pool increases and the retention time of the melt prolonging, and the volatilization loss of high vapor pressure element Al increases, while the loss of C and Fe is limited, resulting in a large decrease of Al and a large increase of C and Fe. Ti and B are little affected by technological parameters. The V element decreases with the increase of technological parameters.
