摘要
技能大赛成绩是衡量技工院校教学质量、教学水平及教学成果的重要指标。当前,广大技工院校在开展日常教学活动的同时,积极踊跃地参加各类技能大赛活动,但大部分院校取得的成绩并不理想,分析原因,主要是技工院校技能大赛的管理模式存在不少问题,组织大赛集训和参赛工作缺乏延续性、因果性及系统性,极大地影响了训练成效,导致与优异成绩失之交臂。结合大部分技工院校技能大赛的管理现状,就其在管理模式方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出改进管理模式的建议,希望能为今后技工院校提高技能大赛管理水平提供参考。
Skills competition results are an important indicator to measure the teaching quality,teaching level and teaching achievements of technical colleges.At present,the majority of technical colleges and universities actively participate in various skills competition activities while carrying out daily teaching activities,and however,the results of most of them are not ideal.The main reason is that there are many problems in the management mode of the skills competition of technical colleges and universities,namely,the lack of continuity,causality and systematization in organizing the training and participating in the competition has greatly affected the training results and led to the failure to achieve excellent results.Combined with the current situation of the management of skills competition in most technical colleges,this paper analyzes the problems in the management mode,and puts forward suggestions for improving the management mode,hoping to provide reference for the technical colleges to improve the management level of skills competition in the future.
