健康中国视角下体医融合面临的困境及其路径创新研究

体医融合是实施健康中国战略的必然趋势。创新体医融合路径有利于推动健康中国建设,提升体医融合水平,提高全民健康水平。然而,当前中国的体医融合面临机制尚不完善、缺乏专业的体医融合建设人才、供需矛盾和社会性体育组织融合服务能力差等问题。对此,国家和政府必须进一步健全体医融合机制,加强部门协同联动,重视人才队伍建设,完善体医资源配置,优化体医融合路径,不断开创中国医疗卫生事业改革的新局面,为健康中国建设提助强大助力。

The integration of sports and medicine is an inevitable trend in the implementation of the healthy China strategy.Innovating the integration path of sports and medicine is conducive to promoting the construction of a healthy China,improving the level of integration of sports and medicine,and improving the health level of the whole people.However,the current integration of sports and medicine in China faces problems such as the imperfect mechanism,the lack of professional talents for the integration of sports and medicine,the contradiction between supply and demand,and the poor service ability of social sports organizations.In this regard,the state and the government must further improve the mechanism for the integration of sports and medicine,strengthen the coordination of departments,attach importance to the construction of talent teams,improve the allocation of sports and medicine resources,optimize the path of integration of sports and medicine,and constantly create a new situation in China’s medical and health care reform,so as to improve strong support for the construction of a healthy China.
