我国商业银行绿色金融数字化转型研究

Research on the DigitalTransformation of Green Finance of Commercial Banks in China

碳达峰、碳中和目标的提出为绿色金融发展带来新的契机。然而,我国商业银行绿色金融发展面临产品结构单一、发展积极性不高、风险管理不足等问题。随着数字技术逐渐运用到绿色金融领域,以数字化转型驱动商业银行绿色金融产品、运营、风控等方面的变革,可提升商业银行绿色金融发展质效,加速“双碳”目标实现。目前,我国商业银行正积极探索数字技术与绿色金融的融合,通过数字化产品、运营、风控与基建推动绿色金融数字化转型。从国内实践及成效来看,加强数据管理、利用核心技术、构建数据中台、建立组织架构和布局开放银行将是商业银行绿色金融数字化转型的实施路径。同时,政府部门需加快建设与完善标准体系、数据市场、激励机制、基础设施等,推进商业银行绿色金融数字化转型顺利进行。

The goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" proposed by the central government has brought new opportunities for the development of green finance. However, the development of green finance in China’s commercial banks is facing problems such as single product structure, low enthusiasm for development, insufficient risk management and so on. With the gradual application of digital technology to the field of green finance,driving changes in commercial banks’ green financial products, operations, and risk control through digital transformation can improve the quality and efficiency of commercial banks’ green financial development and accelerate the realization of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goal. At present, China’s commercial banks are actively exploring the integration of digital technology and green finance, which will promote the digital transformation of green finance through digital products, operations, risk control and infrastructure. From the perspective of domestic practice and results, strengthening data management, using core technology, building a data center, establishing an organizational structure and laying out open banks will be the implementation path of green financial digital transformation of commercial banks. At the same time, government departments need to speed up the construction and improvement of standard systems, data markets, incentive mechanisms, infrastructure, etc., so as to promote the smooth digital transformation of commercial banks’ green finance.
