“双碳”目标下我国绿色金融发展困境及对策研究

Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of China’s Green Finance under the Goal of "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"

随着我国经济快速发展,生态破坏、环境污染等问题已成为人们关注的焦点。因此,要想保证国内经济稳步可持续发展态势,就必须调整国民产业结构、推动经济绿色转型升级。而绿色金融作为绿色经济高质量发展的重要活水,产业结构优化升级的重要支柱,目前相关政策已逐步完善,市场规模也在不断扩大,但在绿色金融制度、绿色金融评估、绿色金融产品等方面还面临着不小的挑战。因此,本文从完善绿色金融制度体系、建立绿色信贷评估系统、拓宽绿色金融综合服务的角度给出相应的建议,有助于金融机构精准识“绿”、用心助“绿”、耐心护“绿”,助力我国碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现。

With the rapid development of China’s economy, ecological damage and environmental pollution have become the focus of attention. Therefore, in order to ensure the steady and sustainable development of the domestic economy, it is necessary to adjust the national industrial structure and promote the green transformation and upgrading of the economy. As an important living water for the high-quality development of the green economy, green finance is an important pillar for the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. At present,relevant policies have been gradually improved, and the market size is also expanding. However, there are still many challenges in green financial system, green financial assessment, and green financial products. Therefore,this paper gives corresponding suggestions from the perspective of improving the green financial system, establishing a green credit evaluation system, and expanding green financial comprehensive services, which will help financial institutions accurately recognize "green", help "green" with heart and protect "green" patiently, so as to help China achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
