“筋骨合用”是中医伤科学治疗骨关节损伤的重要理念,关节镜治疗技术治疗肩袖损伤的创伤小、靶点明确。关节镜施术过程重视处理骨与软组织的关系,与中医“筋骨合用”理念一致。在肩袖损伤的关节镜治疗中,局部应用镜下带线锚钉修补肌腱、部分修补肌腱及移植物修复术,术后结合中药内服、外治,以及关节功能康复训练等一系列整体疗法均是中医“筋骨合用”理念的应用体现。
