基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的近40年中医药干预强直性脊柱炎知识图谱分析

Analysis of Knowledge Map of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis in the Past 40 Years Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

目的:探讨国内近40年中医药干预强直性脊柱炎(AS)的研究现状及前沿趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang Data)、中国生物医学数据库(SinoMed)1983年1月1日至2022年5月27日中医药干预AS相关研究文献,采用VOSviewer1.6.18软件对作者、研究机构、关键词进行共现分析,采用CiteSpace软件对关键词进行聚类、突现分析,并绘制可视化知识图谱。结果:中医药干预AS相关文献年发文量呈上升趋势,形成了以阎小萍、刘健、冯兴华、刘维为代表的4个主要研究团队。关键词分析显示研究者在疾病及证型、病因病机、药物及方法、疗效4个方面开展了大量研究。结论:国内近40年中医药干预AS研究热度升高,已形成4个较稳定的学术研究团队;研究主要内容为疾病及证型、发病及疗效机制、治疗手段、临床疗效;槲皮素、免疫浸润、有效成分、安全管理、丹皮酚为该领域研究的热点前沿,督灸、炎症指标、数据挖掘、疼痛为本阶段研究热点。

Objective:To explore the research status and frontier trend of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)in the past 40 years.Methods:Retrieved Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP(VIP),Wanfang Data,and China Biomedical Database(SinoMed)from January 1,1983 to May 27,2022,for relevant research papers on traditional Chinese medicine intervention in AS.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used for co-occurrence analysis of authors,research institutions and keywords.CiteSpace software was used for clustering and burst analysis of keywords,and draw a visual knowledge map.Results:The annual publication volume of literatures related to the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in AS was on the rise,and four main research teams were formed,represented by YAN Xiaoping,LIU Jian,FENG Xinghua and LIU Wei.Keyword analysis shows that a large number of domestic studies have been carried out in four aspects:disease and syndrome type,etiology and pathogenesis,drugs and methods,and curative effects.Conclusion:In the past 40 years in China,the research on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in AS has increased,and 4 relatively stable academic research teams have been formed.The main contents of the research are disease and syndrome type,pathogenesis and curative effect mechanism,treatment method and clinical curative effect.Quercetin,immune infiltration,active ingredients,safety management and paeonol are the hot frontiers of research in this field.Du-moxibustion,inflammatory indicators,data mining and pain are the research hotspots in this stage.
