王肯堂未辑《古今医统正脉全书》再考

Re-examination of WANG Kentang's Unedited Gujin Yitong Zhengmai Quanshu

王肯堂辑《古今医统正脉全书》的观点,历来颇受争议。基于前贤考证,梳理历代文献,查考原书版本,发现早期著录此书的文献并未提及王肯堂,且王肯堂医学主张与《古今医统正脉全书》所选医籍版本相悖,可以得知王肯堂应与此书编撰无关。并进一步考证王肯堂之名源自书商伪托的说法,发现书商重刻《古今医统正脉全书》时存在大幅度增改原刊本的现象,且明末书商托名现象并不少见,由此推论王肯堂之名应为当时书商所加。认为学者藉助《古今医统正脉全书》研究王肯堂的做法,需要慎之又慎。

The view of WANG Kentang's compilation of Gujin Yitong Zhengmai Quanshu has always been controversial.Based on the textual research of the predecessors,combing the literature of the past dynasties,and examining the original version of the book,it was found that the early literature that recorded the book did not mention WANG Kentang,and WANG Kentang's medical claims were contrary to the version of the medical books selected by the Gujin Yitong Zhengmai Quanshu.It can be learned that WANG Kentang should have nothing to do with the compilation of this book.It is further verified that WANG Kentang's name originated from the false trust of the bookseller,and it was found that when the booksellers re-engraved Gujin Yitong Zhengmai Quanshu,there was a phenomenon that the original edition was greatly increased and modified,and it was not uncommon for booksellers to take their names in the late Ming Dynasty.It was inferred that the name of WANG Kentang should have been added by the bookseller at that time.It was believed that scholars need to be cautious to study WANG Kentang's practice with the help of the Gujin Yitong Zhengmai Quanshu.
