7个常用草地早熟禾品种对立枯丝核菌侵染的生理响应 被引量:4

摘要 以7个常用草地早熟禾(Poa praterrsis)品种为材料,采用土培育苗法,研究不同品种草地早熟禾在接种褐斑病病原菌立枯丝核菌后的综合抗病能力。结果表明:蓝宝石三代(Sapphire 3rd generation)、福临门(Fulinmen)、优美(Over glode)的抗病性较高,公园(Park)、纳苏(Nassau)、巴润(Baron)和橄榄球2号(Rugby 2)的抗病性相对较差;抗病品种随接种病原菌时间的延长,其相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量的上升幅度小,抗氧化酶系统应激反应迅速,叶绿素(Chl)和可溶性蛋白(SP)含量的下降幅度小,游离脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(SS)含量高,感病品种则与之相反。通过隶属函数法综合各项生理指标对7个草地早熟禾品种的抗病性评价结果为:蓝宝石三代、福临门和优美为中抗品种,巴润、公园和橄榄球2号为感病品种,纳苏为中感品种。 This research studied the disease resistance of seven common varieties of Poa pratensis against the brown spot pathogen Rhizoctonia solani.The results showed that Sapphire 3rd generation,Fulinmen and Over glade were resistant to R.Solani.In contrary the disease resistance of Park,Nassau,Baron and Rugby 2 was relatively low.The physiological indexes indicated that the relative electrical conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA)and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))of resistant varieties increased slightly with the extension of the time pathogen infection,and the antioxidant enzyme system responded rapidly.While Chlorophyll(Chl)and Soluble protein(SP)decreased slightly the content of free Proline(Pro)and soluble sugar(SS)accumulated.However,the susceptible varieties were on the contrary.The membership function method which integrated various physiological indicators suggested that the disease resistance of seven P.pratensis varieties:Sapphire 3rd generation,Fulinmen and Over glade were moderate resistant varieties,Baron,Park and Rugby 2 were susceptible varieties and Nassau was a moderate susceptible variety.
