摘要
以MSP430F5529单片机作为控制器,设计了一款不间断电源.该装置由变压器、整流电路、滤波电路、稳压电路、逆变电路构成.市电通过隔离—自耦变压器,输出36 V交流电,将此输出连接整流,滤波,稳压电路后输出24 V直流电压.将24 V直流电压经过DC/DC输出5 V为单片机供电;并将24 V直流电压接入逆变电路,经单片机输出SPWM波控制三相IGBT转换桥GIPN3H60A,输出15 V交流电压,将15 V交流电压通过匝数比为1∶2的变压器后输出30 V交流电给设备持续供电.
Using the MSP430F5529 microcontroller as the controller,an uninterruptible power supply is designed,which is composed of a transformer,a rectifier circuit,a filter circuit,a voltage regulator circuit,and an inverter circuit.The mains outputs 36V AC through the isolated-autotransformer,connects this output to the rectifier,filters,and outputs a 24V DC voltage after the voltage regulation circuit.The 24V DC voltage is connected to the microcon⁃troller through the DC/DC output 5V to power the microcontroller,and the 24V DC voltage is connected to the inverter circuit,and the three-phase IGBT conversion bridge GIPN3H60A is controlled by the microcontroller output SPWM wave,and the output is 15V AC voltage,and the 15V AC voltage is output to the device continuously through the transformer with a turn ratio of 1∶2.
