摘要
传统陶瓷工艺品包装设计不合理,存在过度包装问题.为此,提出基于3D打印技术的陶瓷工艺品包装优化设计方法.通过非线性缓冲系统对陶瓷工艺品包装材料进行力学特性分析,采用Rungekutta方法对线性系统和非线性系统进行数值模拟,获取阻尼比、质量比等对关键部件最大加速度响应的影响,确定陶瓷工艺品包装的材料选择以及结构设计,结合3D打印技术对陶瓷工艺品包装进行优化设计.结果表明,所提方法能够有效提升陶瓷工艺品包装的生产效益.
The packaging design of traditional ceramic crafts is unreasonable and there is the problem of excessive packaging.Therefore,an optimization design method of ceramic handicraft packaging based on 3D printing technology is proposed.The mechanical properties of ceramic handicraft packaging materials were analyzed by nonlinear buffer system.The Runge-kutta method is used to simulate the linear system and nonlinear system,so as to obtain the influence of damping ratio and mass ratio on the maximum acceleration response of key components,and determine the material selection and structural design of ceramic handicraft packaging,and op⁃timize the design of ceramic handicraft packaging combined with 3D printing technology.The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the production efficiency of ce⁃ramic handicraft packaging.
