BIM技术在施工管理中的应用

Application of BIM Technology in Construction Management

目前,随着我国科技水平的不断提高,BIM技术在施工管理中的应用得到了广泛的关注。BIM技术不仅解决了施工管理过程中的诸多问题、提高了施工产出的效率,还使得施工管理更加规范化和标准化。在这一背景下,本文主要研究了BIM技术在施工管理中发挥的作用,分析了BIM技术在项目决策、项目设计、施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工安全管理以及场地优化管理等多方面的应用情况。通过分析研究可以看出,BIM技术确能在施工管理的各个阶段中发挥重要作用,可以有效提高传统管理效率,加快工业化施工管理和信息化建设进程。本文的研究可为BIM技术的系统化应用提供新思路。

At present,with the continuous improvement of China's science and technology,the application of BIM technology in construction management has gained wide attention.BIM technology not only solves many problems in the construction management process and improves the efficiency of construction output but also makes construction management more standardized and standardized.In this context,this paper mainly studies the role of BIM technology in construction management.It analyzes the application of BIM technology in project decision-making,project design,construction quality management,construction schedule management,construction safety management and site optimization management.Through the analysis and research,it can be seen that BIM technology can play an essential role in various stages of construction management,which can effectively improve the efficiency of traditional leadership and accelerate the process of industrialized construction management and information construction.The research in this paper can provide new ideas for the systematic application of BIM technology.
