以联络护士为主导的多学科管理模式在提高VTE规范预防率的应用研究

Application of multidisciplinary management model led by liaison nurses in improving the prevention rate of VTE standardization

目的探讨以联络护士为主导的多学科管理模式在提高静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)规范预防率中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月进贤县人民医院实施常规管理期间收治的86例患者作为对照组,选取2020年11月—2021年11月实施以联络护士为主导的多学科管理期间收治的86例患者作为观察组。比较2组VTE发生率、VTE预防知识掌握情况及生活质量和患者满意度。结果观察组VTE总发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的11.63%(P<0.05);观察组干预后VTE预防知识、预防态度、自我防护和按时运动评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后健康调查简表(SF-36)中躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、心理健康、生命活力、社会功能、总体健康评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度中操作技术、血栓预防、服务态度、健康指导评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采取以联络护士为主导的多学科管理模式能够减少VTE发生,提高患者对VTE知识的掌握程度,有助于改善其生活质量,从而提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of a multidisciplinary management model led by liaison nurses in improving the standard prevention rate of venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods A total of 86 patients admitted to our hospital during the period of routine management from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the control group;the period from November 2020 to November 2021 during the implementation of multidisciplinary management led by liaison nurses in our hospital was also selected.86 patients were treated as the observation group.The incidence of VTE,knowledge of VTE prevention,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of VTE in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 11.63%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of exercise were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant points,physiological function points,emotional function points,mental health points,life vitality points,social function points,overall health points were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the observation group had a score of on operation technique,thrombosis prevention score,service attitude score,and health guidance score were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a multidisciplinary management model led by liaison nurses can reduce the occurrence of VTE,improve patients'knowledge of VTE,and help improve their quality of life,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction.
