循证护理干预应用于乳腺癌护理中对患者康复及生活质量的影响分析

Impact analysis of evidence-based nursing interventions on the postoperative rehabilitation and life quality of breast carcinoma patients

目的探究乳腺癌患者应用循证护理干预对康复及生活质量的影响。方法将2018年12月—2020年12月广州中医药大学第一附属医院白云医院接收的96例乳腺癌患者纳入研究,按抛硬币法分为参照组48例,予常规护理;试验组48例,予循证护理干预。对比2组患者康复情况、入院时(入院24 h内)、出院时心理状态及生活质量(FACT-B)评分变化。结果试验组上肢肿胀消退时间、住院时间短于参照组,且术后72 h睡眠时间长于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);出院时,试验组SAS、SDS评分低于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);出院时,试验组FACT-B评分高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预能够促进乳腺癌患者的术后康复,缓解其不良情绪,利于生活质量的提升,效果显著。

Objective To study the impact of evidence-based nursing interventions on the postoperative rehabilitation and life quality of breast carcinoma patients.Methods 96 breast carcinoma patients treated from December 2018 to December2020 in our hospital were investigated.According to coin tossing method,patients were divided into reference group(48 cases,routine care)and test group(48 cases,evidence-based nursing interventions).Rehabilitation conditions,mental state and functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)scores upon admission(within 24h of admission)and after discharge were observed.Results The disappearance time of upper limb swelling and hospital stays in the test group were shorter than reference group;after 72h of surgery,the sleep time was longer than reference group(P<0.05);after discharge,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the test group were significantly lower than those upon admission and reference group(P<0.05);after discharge,FACT-B scores in the test group were higher than those upon admission and reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing interventions can promote the postoperative rehabilitation,relieve the negative emotions and improve the life quality.
