CP联合思维导图教学法在心血管内科新入职护士规范化培训的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究临床路径(CP)联合思维导图教学法在心血管内科新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法纳入2019年6月—2021年7月进贤县人民医院心血管内科新入职护士120名,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)及对照组(n=60)。对照组采用常规培训方法,研究组采用CP联合思维导图教学法,2组均进行为期1个月的培训。对比2组临床教学效果评分、实践操作评分、自我导向学习能力评分及培训满意度。结果研究组操作能力、理论知识、服务能力、综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组病情观察能力、表达沟通能力、专业知识点掌握能力、应变处理能力、规范动手能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,2组自我导向学习能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,研究组自我导向学习能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组培训满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义P(<0.05)。结论CP联合思维导图教学在心血管内科新入职护士规范化培训中应用效果较好,可促使新入职护士更好地掌握心血管内科相关理论知识,提升自我学习能力及临床实践能力,培训满意度更高。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway(CP)combined with mind map teaching method in the standardized training of new nurses in the department of cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 120 newly recruited nurses in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in our hospital from June 2019 to July 2021 were included and divided into a study group(n=60)and a control group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional training method,the research group adopted the CP combined mind map teaching method,and both groups received one-month training.The clinical teaching effect score,practice operation score,self-directed learning ability score and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of operation ability,theoretical knowledge,service ability and comprehensive quality of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ability and standard hands-on ability were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-directed learning ability score of the group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CP combined with mind map teaching has achieved good results in the standardized training of new nurses in cardiovascular medicine,which can promote new nurses to better grasp the theoretical knowledge of cardiovascular medicine,improve self-learning ability and clinical practice ability,and improve training satisfaction.high.
