基于岗位胜任力的情景模拟培训在新生儿重症监护室专科护士中的应用

Application of scenario simulation training based on post competency in specialist nurses in neonatal intensive care unit

目的分析基于岗位胜任力的情景模拟培训在新生儿重症监护室专科护士中的应用效果。方法将泉州市儿童医院120例参与新生儿重症监护室专科护士培训的护士分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以传统“一对一”培训模式培训,观察组接受基于岗位胜任力的情景模拟培训,比较2组不同时间点技能型能力得分、非技能型能力得分、护理工作质量,并统计医生、患儿家属、护士长对于培训护士的评价满意度,分析护士对培训模式的满意度。结果观察组T、T、T时点的技能型能力得分及非技能型能力得分均高于对照组,且护理工作质量评分高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。医生、护士长及患儿家属对于观察组护士评价满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对培训模式满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于岗位胜任力的情景模拟培训能提高新生儿重症监护室专科护士的临床工作能力,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effects of scenario simulation training based on post competency on specialist nurses in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods 120 nurses in our hospital who participated in the training of specialist nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit were divided into the two groups,namely,the observation group and the control group.The control group was given traditional one-to-one training model,whereas the observation group was given scenario simulation training based on post competency.The skill-based ability score,non-skill-based ability score and quality of nursing work were compared between the two groups at different time points,and the evaluation satisfaction of doctors,family members of children patients and head nurses with training nurses were counted,and the satisfaction of nurses towards training models was analyzed.Results The skill-based ability score and non-skill-based ability score at time periods of T,Tand Tin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing work quality score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of doctors,head nurses and family members of children patients with nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score of training model in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation training based on post competency can improve the clinical work ability of specialist nurses in neonatal intensive care unit,and it can be popularized and applied.
