基于空间频域成像技术的光学系统校正方法

摘要 经过前期大量的实验证明数字微镜DMD投影的混合光空间调制图案存在的问题,非常影响调制传递函数数值的获得,对光学参数和生理参数的获取带来很大的困难,为确保实验数据的准确性,对空间频域成像平台的光路系统进行光强空间分布强度曲线和通道污染校正是十分有必要的。基于此,提出反演法解决DMD自身缺陷带来的光强空间分布不均匀问题和CCD对光强非线性的响应问题并使用影响因子矩阵P解决CCD带来的通道污染问题。 Through a large number of previous experiments,it is proved that there are some problems in the mixed optical spatial modulation pattern projected by digital micromirror DMD,which greatly affects the acquisition of modulation transfer function and brings great difficulties to the acquisition of optical and physiological parameters.In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data,it is necessary to correct the light intensity distribution curve and channel pollution of the optical system of the spatial frequency domain imaging platform.Based on this,we propose an inversion method to solve the problem of uneven spatial distribution of light intensity caused by the defects of DMD and the response of CCD to the nonlinear light intensity,and use the influence factor matrix P to solve the problem of channel pollution caused by CCD.
