一种基于ZigBee的无线心率血氧实时监测系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对医院传统的心率、血氧饱和度检测方法存在的缺陷和不足问题,开发一种基于ZigBee的无线心率血氧实时监测系统。该系统以STM32微控制器为控制核心,MAX30102血氧心率集成芯片传感器采集脉搏波信号,经STM32信号预处理、特征提取,从而计算当前的心率及血氧饱和度,并实时显示在液晶显示屏上;此外,系统使用ZigBee将实时的心率及血氧饱和度无线传输到上位机,实现对心率血氧实时的无线远程监控。经过实验测试,该系统心率平均误差值最大为±1.8次/min,血氧平均误差值最大为1.4%,实验结果表明该系统能够准确地监测心率血氧状况,并对检测到异常的心率血氧值进行报警提示,为医院护士站对患者的心率血氧实时监测提供了一种解决方案。 Aiming at the fact that there existed the defects and shortcomings of traditional heart rate and blood oxygen saturation detection methods in hospitals,hence a wireless real-time monitoring system based on ZigBee for heart rate and blood oxygen was developed in this paper.The STM32 microcontroller was acted as the control core of the system and the pulse wave signal was collected by the chip sensor MAX30102 integrated by the blood oxygen and heart rate.The signal was then pre-processed and the feature was extracted by using STM32 and the current heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were thus calculated and displayed in real time on the LCD.Additionally,the real-time heart rate and blood oxygen saturation would be transmitted by using ZigBee to the PC,which realized the real-time wireless remote monitoring of heart rate and blood oxygen.The experimental test shows that the maximum average error value of the system is±1.8 times/min,and the maximum average error value of blood oxygen is 1.4%.The experimental results show that the system could accurately monitor the heart rate and blood oxygen status,and give an alarm prompt for the detected abnormal heart rate and blood oxygen value,which provides a solution for the hospital nurse station to monitor the patient's heart rate and blood oxygen in real time.
