摘要
现有定子永磁型轴向磁场永磁电机存在电负荷和磁负荷间的空间冲突问题,限制电机的转矩密度提升。针对此问题,提出一种电动船舶用新型定子永磁型轴向磁场永磁电机。该电机的分离定子结构,增加电负荷和磁负荷设计自由度,提升电机转矩密度;轴向对称结构,减小轴向磁拉力;模块化的电枢定子和转子结构,易于加工制造。分析新型定子永磁型轴向磁场永磁电机拓扑结构,基于三维有限元仿真模型,研究所提出电机空载和负载工况下的电磁性能。仿真结果为该新型定子永磁型轴向磁场永磁电机加工制造奠定基础。
The existing stator permanent magnet axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor has the problem of spatial conflict between electric load and magnetic load,which limits the increase of motor torque density.In order to solve this problem,a new type of stator permanent magnet axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor for electric ship is proposed.The separated stator structure of the motor increases the degree of freedom of electric load and magnetic load design and increases the torque density of the motor;the axial symmetrical structure reduces the axial magnetic pulling force;the modular armature stator and rotor structure is easy to manufacture.The topology of the new stator permanent magnet axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor is analyzed.Based on the three-dimensional finite element simulation model,the electromagnetic performance of the motor under no-load and load conditions is proposed.The simulation results lay a foundation for the processing and manufacture of the new stator permanent magnet axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor.
