金天格胶囊联合唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的效果及对骨密度和骨钙素水平的影响 被引量:3

Curative effect of Jintiange capsule combined with zoledronic acid on osteoporotic compression fractures and its influence on bone mineral density and osteocalcin level

摘要 目的分析金天格胶囊与唑来膦酸联合用药治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的效果及对患者骨密度水平及骨钙素水平的影响。方法抽取2020年1月至2022年1月焦作市第五人民医院收治的68例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者服用维生素D2片并静脉滴注唑来膦酸治疗,观察组患者服用金天格胶囊、维生素D2片并静脉滴注唑来膦酸治疗,两组均持续用药治疗6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的腰椎、股骨颈的骨密度及血钙、血磷、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.12%,32/34)高于对照组(61.76%,21/34),P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者腰椎和股骨前段的骨密度水平均高于治疗前,且观察组骨密度水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血钙及血磷水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组骨钙素水平均高于治疗前,骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平低于治疗前,且观察组骨钙素水平高于对照组,骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(17.65%,6/34)与对照组(14.71%,5/34)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金天格胶囊联合唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松压缩骨折,有助于提高患者的骨密度水平及骨钙素水平,且治疗期间无明显不良反应发生,安全性高。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of Jintiange capsule combined with zoledronic acid in patients with osteoporotic compression fractures,and its influence on bone mineral density and osteocalcin level.Methods Sixty-eight patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in Jiaozuo Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random double blind method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given vitamin D2 tablets by oral and zoledronic acid injection by intravenous drip,and patients in observation group patients were given Jintiange capsules and vitamin D2 tablets by oral,and were given zoledronic acid injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck and the levels of blood calcium,phosphorus,osteocalcin and bone specific alkaline phosphatase were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%,32/34)was higher than that of the control group(61.76%,21/34),P<0.05.After treatment,the bone mineral density levels of lumbar spine and anterior femur in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while the bone mineral density level of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of blood calcium and phosphorus between the two groups(P>0.05),but the levels of osteocalcin were higher,and the levels of bone specific alkaline phosphatase were lower in the two groups,compared with levels before treatment(P<0.05);and the level of osteocalcin in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the level of bone specific alkaline phosphatase was lower than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(17.65%,6/34)and the control group(14.71%,5/34),P>0.05.Conclusions Jintiange capsules combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures can help to improve the bone mineral density and osteocalcin level,without obvious adverse reactions but high safety.
