摘要 目的探究纸基微流控芯片的发展现状,为纸基微流控芯片进一步研发和推广应用提供借鉴和参考。方法通过调研文献,根据检测原理及印刷制备工艺对纸基微流控芯片进行阐述,然后对微流控芯片在食品安全检测中的应用研究进展进行总结。结果纸基微流控芯片适用于比色法、荧光法、电化学法及表面增强拉曼光谱等多种检测方法,印刷制备工艺也呈现多样化发展趋势。纸基微流控芯片检测技术成功应用于食品添加剂、污染物、成分分析及智能食品包装等安全检测领域。结论纸基微流控芯片应用潜力巨大,仍需进一步优化技术工艺以克服制约其发展的潜在瓶颈问题。 The work aims to explore the development status of microfluidic paper-based analytical devices(μPADs),to provide reference for further development and application ofμPADs.TheμPADs were introduced according to the de-tection principle and fabrication techniques through study of literature.Furthermore,the application research progress ofμPADs in food safety detection was summarized.TheμPADs were applicable to colorimetric method,fluorescence me-thod,electrochemical method and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,etc.The fabrication techniques also presented a diversified development trend.TheμPADs detection technology has been successfully applied to the safety detection of food additives,pollutants,composition analysis and intelligent food packaging.TheμPADs have huge application poten-tial but it is still necessary to further optimize the technical process to overcome the potential bottlenecks restricting its development.
