自动脂肪抽提仪快速测定菜籽中的脂肪含量

Rapid determination of oil content in the rape seeds by auto fat analyzer

本试验研究了自动脂肪抽提仪快速测定菜籽中脂肪含量的浸提条件。结果表明:用自动脂肪抽提仪浸提经研磨仪粉碎的菜籽样品,抽提最优条件为沸腾时间45 min、淋洗时间20 min、回收时间10 min,在该条件下使用自动脂肪快速抽提仪可较完全的提取菜籽中的脂肪。该方法精密度、精确度较好,适用于菜籽中脂肪含量的快速测定。

This article mainly establishes a method for the determination of the oil content in the rape seeds by auto fat analyzer.The results showed that the rape seeds were grinded by grinder before extracting oil by auto fat analyzer.The optimical conditions were the boiling time was 45min,the elution time was 20min,the recovery time was 10min,the oil could be extracted from rape seeds completely by auto fat analyzer in this condition.This method showed good reproducible,accurate,which was suit to determine the oil content in the rape seeds quickly.
