摘要
基于ALP体系开发的学业潜能辅导课程,目的在于激发学生的学习动力,找到适切的学习风格,优化学习策略,提升学业水平。实践研究表明,通过学业潜能辅导课程学习,高中生在学习动力、学习方法、认知策略、资源管理各方面都有明显的提升。学业潜能辅导可以帮助学生制定学习目标、有计划地学习、有效率地复习、提升自我效能感、拥有学习坚韧性、定位学习类型、管理学习资源,找到适合自己未来职业发展的学业路径,培养相应的学习能力。
The aim of ALP-based academic potential guidance course is to stimulate students’ learning motivation,find appropriate learning styles,optimize learning strategies and improve academic level.Through the academic potential guidance course,practical research shows that students of high school have significantly improved in learning motivation,learning methods,cognitive strategies,and resource management.Academic potential counseling can help students set learning goals,plan learning,review effectively,improve self-efficacy,possess learning tenacity,locate learning types,manage learning resources,find a suitable career path for their future career development and train the corresponding learning ability.
