Exploration of Ways to Cultivate the Practical Ability of Archival Major Students Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

实践能力培养路径的优化是专业培养质量提升的有效支撑。档案学本身具有较强的实践性,从新文科的视角加以思考,档案学专业学生实践能力的培养路径也在变革和创新,可以从以下五个方面进行探索:提升理念认知,做好顶层设计;组织导向性的学习活动,促进实践教学目标达成;构建多维评价体系,优化学生实践能力测评;创新学习环境和场景,提升学生参与度;建设学习共同体,营造协同育人氛围。基于此,档案学专业的实践教学将实现与教学新理念、新方法和新技术的融合,探索推行能激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生的动手能力和创新精神、推动档案学专业实践教学的改革。

The optimization of the cultivation path of practical ability is an effective support for the improvement of professional training quality.Archival science itself has strong practicality,and the ways of cultivating the practical ability of students majoring in archival science from the perspective of new liberal arts is also changing and innovating,which can be explored from the following five aspects:enhancing the concept cognition and doing the top-level design well,organizing the oriented learning activities and promoting the realization of the practical teaching goal;constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system and optimizing the assessment of students’practical ability,innovating the learning environment and scenes and enhancing students’participation,building a learning community and creating a collaborative education atmosphere.Based on this,the practical teaching of the major of archival science will be integrated with new teaching ideas,new methods and new technologies,and the reform that can arouse students’interest in learning,cultivate students’practical ability and innovative spirit,and promote the practical teaching of archival science will be explored and implemented.
