我国档案信息安全法律制度保障研究述评

Research Review on the Legal System Guarantee of Archival Information Security in China

梳理我国档案信息安全法律制度保障研究现状及热点前沿,掌握其变化过程,总结过往研究,为后续研究提供借鉴与参考。本文运用文献计量法、定量和定性分析法,从中国知网获取相关文献,利用Citespace、VOSviewer等可视化工具进行描述分析,以准确发挖研究热点及趋势。近年来,档案信息安全法律制度保障研究呈现出波浪式前进态势,逐渐向信息技术对档案信息安全的影响倾斜。最后,根据实际为提升档案信息安全水平献计献策,并在实践中加以检验。

The paper sorts out the research status and hot frontiers of the legal system guarantee of archival information security in China, grasps its changing process, summarizes the past research, and provides reference for the follow-up research in this field. With bibliometrics, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the paper obtains access to relevant literature from CNKI, and uses Citespace, VOSviewer and other visualization tools to describe and analyze them, so as to accurately excavate research hot spots and trends. In recent years, the research on legal system guarantee of archival information security has shown a trend of wave-like progress, gradually tilted towards the influence of information technology on archival information security, and finally made suggestions for improving the level of archival information security according to the actual situation, and tested them in practice.
