Establishment and Application of Multi-dimensional Classification System of Government Electronic Archives in the New Era

为推进机关档案管理工作数字化转型,加强电子档案资源有效利用,自然资源部电子档案管理系统开发和数据库建设过程中,开展了机关电子档案多维分类体系研究。以自然资源电子档案为例,详细说明如何构建多维分类体系,总结机关电子公文在线归档过程中多维分类信息的获取及各类档案关联关系建立的方法。基于多维分类体系进一步阐述了电子档案在线利用、信息编研与智能推送等方面的应用,为机关电子档案分类与利用提供借鉴。

In order to promote the digital transformation of archives management and the effective use of electronic archives resources, research on multi-dimensional classification system of government electronic archives has been conducted during the development of electronic archives management system and database construction of the Ministry of Natural Resources. Taking the electronic archives of natural resources as an example, this paper explains in detail how to build a multi-dimensional classification system, and summarizes the methods of obtaining multi-dimensional classification information and establishing relations between various archives in the process of online archiving of government electronic archives. Based on the multi-dimensional classification system, this paper further illustrates the application of electronic archives in online utilization, information compilation and research and intelligent push, providing reference for the classification and utilization of electronic archives.
