Distribution Control Strategy and Implementation Mode of Major Construction Project Documents

工程文件是项目档案的前身,是工程建设过程的原始记录。本文以工程文件流转控制的要求为依托,剖析笔者所在项目的工程文件流转控制策略,如采用全电子化文件流转、建立文件分发矩阵、前期收发兼顾后期归档需求等,最终确保建设项目中数量庞大的工程文件流转控制的及时性、准确性和完整性。

Project document is the predecessor of project archives,and is also the original record of the project construction process.Based on the requirements of project document distribution control,this paper analyzes the document distribution control strategy of the author’s project,such as adopting fully electronic document distribution,establishing document distribution matrix,and collecting and distributing in the early stage while taking into account of filing requirement in the late stage,to make sure the timeliness,accuracy and completeness of the large-amount project document distribution control.
