摘要
高校档案馆拥有不可替代的信息资源,不仅为高等院校的教学和科学研究提供信息保障服务,也是重要的文献情报信息交流中心。以高校档案馆用户信息需求的特点为切入点,全面了解用户信息需求的影响因素,结合高校档案馆信息服务现状,在此基础上,进行深入研究和综合分析,并提出相关的档案信息服务策略。
With irreplaceable information resources,university archives not only provide information guarantee services for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,but also serve as an important document and information exchange center.Based on the characteristics of users’information demand of university archives,this paper comprehensively understands the factors affecting users’information demand,and in combination with the current situation of information services of university archives,it conducts in-depth research and comprehensive analysis,and puts forward relevant archives information service strategies.
