陈为人与中共满洲省委党员培训与教育工作

Chen Weiren and Member Education&Training of Manchuria Provincial Committee of the CPC

1927年八七会议后,为恢复和整顿党的组织,中共中央派时任顺直省委秘书长兼组织部长的陈为人到东北地区,负责组建中共在东北的统一领导机关。经过近两个月的努力,东北地区的党务工作较之前有了较大改观。同时“,工作人才的问题”成为困扰时任中共满洲省委书记陈为人的重要问题之一。在中共中央的指导下,以陈为人为首的中共满洲省委开始了一系列党员培训与教育工作。经过一年多的探索,东北地区党的建设较之前有了明显进步。

After the August 7th Conference in 1927,in order to restore and rectify the Party’s organization,the CPC Central Committee sent Chen Weiren,then secretary general of the Shunzhi Provincial Committee and director of the organization department,to the northeast region to be responsible for forming a unified leading organ of the CPC in the northeast.After nearly two months’hard work,the party affairs work in the northeast region has made a great improvement compared with before.At the same time,the“problem of working talents”became one of the important problems that upset Chen Weiren,then secretary of the Manchurian Provincial CPC Committee.Under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee,the Manchurian Provincial Committee of the CPC headed by Chen Weiren began a series of training and education of party members.After more than a year of exploration,the party building in the northeast region has made significant progress compared with before.
