合理情绪及系统脱敏疗法对肝硬化套扎患者焦虑和疼痛的影响

Study the effect of systemic desensitization and rational emotive therapy on anxiety and pain in patients with liver cirrhosis undergoing ligation

[目的]研究合理情绪及系统脱敏疗法对肝硬化套扎患者焦虑和疼痛的影响。[方法]选取行食管静脉曲张套扎术的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统心理护理及消化内科护理常规,观察组在对照组治疗基础上使用合理情绪及系统脱敏疗法。采用焦虑评分量表(SAS)及语言评分法(VRS)评价2组患者焦虑及疼痛状态。[结果]干预1周后,SAS评分观察组(42.34±3.17)分低于对照组(50.53±3.87)分;观察组0~I级疼痛占比(93.3%)大于对照组(80.0%),Ⅱ~Ⅲ级疼痛占比(6.7%)小于对照组(20.0%),2组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]合理情绪及系统脱敏疗法应用在聚桂醇注射联合内镜套扎术中可以减轻患者焦虑,降低患者术后疼痛感,具有临床应用价值。

[Objective]To study the effect of rational emotive and systematic desensitization therapy on anxiety and pain in patients with liver cirrhosis.[Methods]A total of 60 patients admitted for esophageal avarices veins were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted the traditional psychological nursing and the routine nursing in the Department of Digestive Medicine.The observation group used the reasonable emotion and the system desensitization therapy in the control group foundation.The state of anxiety and pain was evaluated by anxiety scale(SAS)and language rating scale(VRS).[Results]After one week intervention,the scores of SAS in the observation group(42.34±3.17)were lower than those in the control group(50.53±3.87),the rate of Grade 0-I pain in the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%),the rate of gradeⅡvs-Ⅲpain in the observation group(6.7%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Rational emotive and systematic desensitization therapy can relieve anxiety and reduce postoperative pain in polyol injection combined with endoscopic ligation,which has clinical value.
