为了优化城市绿色发展战略,转变传统粗放型产业为集约型产业,探讨如何提高碳中和背景下我国城市绿色发展效率。应坚持低碳理念,加强城市绿化建设,扩大绿地面积,做好生态环境保护工作,发展绿色建筑,优化低碳理念下的城市物流管理体系,维护能源开发活动和生态环境的平衡关系,减少物流运输车辆的碳排放。碳中和背景下,城市绿色发展效率和城市投入产出松弛因子密切相关,也受到城市经济社会环境因素的影响,应综合分析碳中和背景下中国城市绿色发展效率,为城市文明建设提供借鉴。

In order to optimize the urban green development strategy, transform traditional extensive industries into intensive industries, and explore how to improve the efficiency of urban green development in my country under the background of carbon neutrality. We should adhere to the low-carbon concept, strengthen urban greening construction,expand the green area, do a good job in ecological environmental protection, develop green buildings, optimize the urban logistics management system under the low-carbon concept, maintain the balance between energy development activities and the ecological environment, and reduce carbon emissions from logistics vehicles. Under the background of carbon neutrality, the efficiency of urban green development is closely related to the relaxation factor of urban input and output,and is also affected by urban economic, social and environmental factors. The green development efficiency of Chinese cities under the background of carbon neutrality should be comprehensively analyzed to provide reference for the construction of urban civilization.
