摘要
既往研究证实,定居在消化道内的肠道菌群能产生活性代谢物直接影响心血管疾病(CVD)进展。但近年来大量研究表明肠道菌群对免疫系统的调节作用同样影响CVD的发病。本文重点介绍肠道菌群及其代谢产物对免疫系统的影响以及对CVD发病的作用。加深对“肠-心轴”的认识与研究,为微生物治疗疾病寻找到新的方向。
Previous studies have shown that the active metabolites produced by the gut microbiota living in the intestinal tract can directly drive cardiovascular disease(CVD).But recently,qualitative studies have confirmed that the gut microbiota also leads to CVD development through immunomodulatory.This review focus on the impact of gut microbiota and microbial-derived metabolites on immune function and CVD pathology.A complete understanding and further research of the gut-heart axis can lead to a novel direction of microbiome-based therapy.
