太阳穴附近静脉抽血联合针刺治疗血管神经性头痛临床研究

Clinical effect of pricking-bloodletting and acupuncture near Taiyang on angioneurotic headache

目的观察太阳穴附近静脉抽血联合针刺治疗血管神经性头痛的效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年12月期间就诊于河北省三河市医院刘海永创新工作室的血管神经性头痛患者83例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组41例(脱落1例)采用针刺治疗,治疗组42例(脱落2例)在对照组治疗基础上加太阳穴附近静脉抽血治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、前列腺素E(PGE_(2))水平及基底动脉(BA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度,统计比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组疼痛VAS、PGE_(2)水平及BA、PCA、ACA、MCA血流速度均较本组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太阳穴附近静脉抽血联合针刺治疗血管神经性头痛疗效较单用针刺治疗更为显著,可减轻疼痛,降低PGE_(2)水平,调节脑动脉血流速度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pricking-bloodletting and acupuncture near Taiyang on angioneurotic headache.Methods A total of 83 patients with angioneurotic headache admitted to Liu Haiyong Innovation Studio,Sanhe City Hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were included and randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=42,2 cases of shedding)and the control group(n=41,1 case of shedding).the treatment group were treated with pricking-bloodletting+acupuncture near Taiyang(EX-HN5),but the control group only the the later.A 2-week treatment was performed to compare visual analogue scale(VAS),prostaglandin E(PGE_(2)),blood flow velocity(BFV)of basilar artery(BA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA);the curative effect was assessed.Results After treatment,VAS,PGE_(2) and BFV of BA,PCA,ACA,MCA in groups were notably decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more common(P<0.05).The curative effect was better in the treatment group than the control group,and with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with angioneurotic headache,the combination of pricking-bloodletting and acupuncture near Taiyang is more effective than acupuncture alone,which can relieve pain,reduce PGE_(2) levels,and regulate cerebral arterial flow velocity.
