摘要
针对大体积混凝土因温度应力产生的开裂问题,研究了削峰剂对混凝土温度产生的削减效果及力学性能、耐久性的影响。研究结果表明:掺入1%的削峰剂可以延缓混凝土的早期水化速度,延长最高温度出现的时间为15 h左右,降低最高温度10℃~15℃且其对混凝土的早期性能无不利影响,能够使混凝土后期强度及抗冻抗渗性能略有提高,具有较好的抗裂效果。阐述了具体的研究过程。
In view of the cracking problem of mass concrete due to temperature stress,this paper studies the effect of heat-peak dampening admixture on temperature reduction,mechanical properties and durability of concrete.The study results show that 1%heat-peak dampening admixture can delay the early hydration speed of concrete,postpone about 15h when the highest temperature appears,reduce the highest temperature by 10℃~15℃,and have no adverse effect on the early performance of concrete.Furthermore,it can slightly improve the later strength and frost resistance and impermeability of concrete,and has a good crack resistance effect.The details study process is described as well.
