利益相关者协同整合下职业教育助推共同富裕的关键因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 职业教育承担经济建设的责任,肩负培养高素质技能型人才的使命,在职业教育发展进程中不断培养出大国工匠,支撑经济社会高质量发展。本文从利益相关者理论视角构建职业教育利益相关者的概念模型,探究职业教育利益相关者的利益诉求,进而探讨利益相关者视角下职业教育助推共同富裕的关键要素,并提出针对性措施,为职业教育助推共同富裕提供不同的发展路径。 Vocational education plays an important role in promoting economic construction and high-quality social development.It shoulders the responsibilities of cultivating high-quality technical professionals,especially consummate craftsmen.Based on Stakeholder Theory,a conceptual model of vocational education stakeholders is built to explore these holders’interest demands.And on this basis,key factors influencing vocational education in promoting common prosperity is discussed.Finally,targeted measures are put forward in hope of providing a different development path in this respect.
