摘要
为破解高校思想政治工作不平衡不充分问题,使高校思想政治工作更好地满足“三要求”即学生成长诉求、时代发展要求、社会进步需求。本文针对全员育人“缺位”、全过程育人“脱位”、全方位育人“失位”等现实困境,提出全员育人形成系统合力、全过程育人实现有效衔接、全方位育人实现有机联动的实践逻辑以求破解三全育人困境。
To resolve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient ideological and political work in universities and make it better meet the"three demands":students'growth,the development of the new times and social progress,this paper proposes a practical theory of forming a systematic integration of all-staff education,which is conducive to realizing the effective linkage of all-process education,and achieving the organic collaboration for a comprehensive education.In this way.can we solve such problems as"absence"of all-staff education,"dislocation"of all-process education,and"lack"of all-dimensioneducation.
