沉浸式文娱活动作为文娱行业的新业态,其新奇感足、参与度高、互动性强的体验模式满足了部分青年群体个性化的娱乐需求。但目前该行业内安全事故隐患较多,行业的良性发展和社会和谐稳定受到影响。行业存在的安全风险主要表现为行业内尚未形成有序竞争、部分剧本宣扬违禁元素、玩家受伤事故时有发生、文娱场所内消防隐患突出。其原因主要有行业监管法律体系不够完善、盗版侵权剧本没得到很好的控制、安全保护设施不完备、治理联动机制不完善等。对此,应从打造智能化监管系统、构建法治化治理体系、提升专业化自治能力、创新社会化治理路径入手,提高沉浸式文娱行业的社会综合治理水平,助推行业高质量发展。

As a new form of business in the entertainment industry,immersive entertainment industry meets the personalized entertainment needs of some young people with its immersive experience of full novelty,high participation and strong interaction. However,frequent safety accidents in the industry pose a serious threat to the benign development of the industry and social public order. The safety risks in the industry are mainly manifested as the chaos of industry competition,the promotion of prohibited elements in the script,frequent injury accidents of players,and prominent fire prevention hazards in the place. The reasons are the absence of industry supervision legal system,the flood of piracy and infringement scripts,the lack of safety protection facilities,and the imperfect linkage mechanism of governance. Therefore,it is necessary to build an intelligent supervision system and a rule-based governance system,enhance professional autonomy,and innovate social governance to improve the social comprehensive governance level of the immersive entertainment industry and boost the high-quality development of the industry.
