摘要
目的研究测量缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)在胎盘缺血性疾病(IPD)孕妇及其新生儿脐血中的水平,探讨IMA与IPD的关系。方法选取2012年10月至2019年7月在河北医科大学第二医院产科住院并分娩的孕产妇79例,其中IPD 79例[早发型子痫前期(PE)组20例、胎儿生长受限(FGR)20例(合并PE 12例)、胎盘早剥17例(合并PE 17例)],其余20例健康孕妇纳入对照组检测受试者血清及其新生儿脐血IMA水平并进行数据分析。结果IPD孕妇外周血及其新生儿脐血中IMA含量在PE、胎盘早剥、FGR组孕妇外周血血清IMA含量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除PE组和FGR组差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余两两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PE、胎盘早剥、FGR组新生儿脐血血清IMA含量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯PE及复杂PE孕妇外周血及其新生儿脐血中IMA含量在PE合并胎盘早剥组、PE合并FGR组孕妇外周血血清、新生儿脐血血清IMA水平均高于PE组,PE合并FGR组孕妇外周血血清、新生儿脐血血清IMA水平低于PE合并胎盘早剥组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IMA可以作为预测IPD的生物标记物。
Objective To investigate the changes of the levels of ischemia-modified albumin(MIA)in pregnant woman with ischemic placental diseases(IPD)and neonatal cord blood,and to explore the correlation between IMA and IPD.Methods A total of 77 pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered in our hospital from October 2012 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study,of whom,there were 57 cases of IPD(20 cases in PE group,20 cases in FGR group,17 cases in placental abruption group,10 cases in PE combined with placental abruption group,12 cases in PE combined with FGR group).The levels of IMA in serum and umbilical cord blood were detected and data were analyzed.Results The levels of IMA in IPD group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the levels of IMA in complex PE group were significantly higher than those in PE group(P<0.05).Conclusion IMA can be regarded as a biomarker to predict IPD.
